SERVICES PROVIDED
Listed below are some examples of service packages available. You can choose any package listed or request service for specific needs
for your company.
Package A - PAYROLL
There is no set up fee. This package includes basic payroll
processing based on the information you provide per pay period. We will generate employee paychecks,
calculate tax liabilities, generate tax liability checks, prepare and file
quarterly tax reports, create and disburse annual W2s and file the W3 form.
Its easy! You supply the hours worked by each of your
employees by one of the following three ways:
- Internet - Input your payroll data on our secure website
- Fax - Simply fax your payroll data to our office
- Phone - Each pay period you may give your payroll data over the phone
We will do the rest!
Package B ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE SETUP
The accounting software setup option is a one-time fee. We will setup the company
data; general ledger accounts and enter all beginning
balances from your previous tax return. Once the setup is complete your bookkeeper can begin recording
transactions.
Package C COMPUTERIZED BOOKKEEPING
This package includes the recording of all transactions, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial statements and
coordinating with CPA at year-end for tax returns. Your company must supply all documentation to
support monies spent and received during the year.
Package D COMPUTERIZED BOOKKEEPING WITH PAYROLL
There is no set up fee. This package includes the recording of all
transactions, reconciling bank statements, processing payroll, preparing
financial statements and coordinating with CPA at year-end for tax
returns. Your company must supply all
documentation to support monies spent and received during the year.
Package E COMPUTERIZED ACCOUNTING
There is no set up fee. This package includes the recording of all
transactions, invoicing customers, paying vendors, issuing 1099s, tracking
fixed assets, depreciating fixed assets, reconciling bank statements, preparing
analysis reports, preparing financial statements and coordinating with CPA at
year-end for tax returns. Your company
must supply all documentation to support monies spent and received during the
year. You will be able to view your
customer and vendor information over the web at any time.
Package F WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
Whether you want a static
website or one with database functionality, we can build the site to fit your
company needs.
Other SPECIAL REQUESTS
We take special requests, from building custom PDA (Personal Digital
Assistant) applications for all platforms, to assisting with specialized accounting functions..
